Uploading Your Files

Getting your files into the app is super easy. Nothing ever goes to the internet, everything stays safe right on your computer!

  • Step 1: Look at the left side of the screen. Find the big "Drag & Drop" area.
  • Step 2: You can drag your Photo, PDF, or MP4 Video right onto the screen!
  • Step 3: Or, you can click the Up Arrow Icon on the very left bar to select multiple files from your computer.
🧒 Child Mode: Just click the big box in the middle that says "Drag & Drop", pick your favorite picture, and it will magically appear!

Adding a Text Watermark

Put your name or a secret message over your picture.

  • Step 1: Look at the left bar and click the "Text" button (it looks like a big "T").
  • Step 2: A text box will appear on your image! Just click it and type whatever you want (like your name).
  • Step 3: Grab the text with your mouse to move it around anywhere you want.
  • Step 4: Look at the Right Panel! You can change the Color, make it completely See-Through (Opacity), or change its Size using the sliders!

Adding a Logo or Sticker

You can stick your own logo on top of your photo, just like a stamp!

  • Step 1: Look at the left bar and click the "Image" button (it looks like a tiny picture).
  • Step 2: Pick your logo from your computer. It will pop onto your screen!
  • Step 3: Look at the Right Panel. See the magic wand? Click "Remove Background" and the robot will automatically delete the white background from your logo so it looks perfect!
🧒 Child Mode: Click the picture button on the left, choose your sticker, and drag it around with your finger or mouse! Make it huge by dragging the corners!

🎥 Dynamic Moving Video Watermarks

Adding watermarks to videos is cool, but making them bounce around is even cooler! This stops bad guys from cutting your watermark out.

  • Step 1: Upload a Video (MP4).
  • Step 2: Add Text or a Logo to the video.
  • Step 3: On the Right Panel, scroll to Video Presets.
  • Step 4: Select "Kinematic DVD Bounce"! Now, when you play your video, your watermark will bounce off the walls perfectly, just like the old DVD logo!
🧒 Child Mode: Upload a video, type your name, and click "Kinematic DVD Bounce"! Your name will bounce around the screen forever!

🕵️ Invisible Video Tracking (Steganography)

This is secret spy technology! It hides your secret email inside the video where nobody can see it.

  • Step 1: Upload a Video.
  • Step 2: Open the Left bar and click the Shield Icon (Metadata).
  • Step 3: Turn ON "Enable Video Leak Tracking".
  • Step 4: Type your secret tracking ID or Email into the box.
  • Step 5: When you export your video... it looks completely normal! But your secret email is mathematically baked into the invisible video pixels forever!
  • To Find The Spy Code: Click the Shield Icon on the left bar and click "Verify Invisible Watermark". Upload the exported video, and watch the system magically read your secret code!
💡 Secret Tip: Even if someone compresses your video heavily on WhatsApp or Telegram, our H.264 Steganography Engine will still find your hidden code!

Exporting Your Protected Files!

Time to save your protected masterpiece to your computer!

  • Step 1: Look at the Top Right corner. Click the big blue "Export All" button!
  • Step 2: Choose your Quality (High is best for printing, Low is faster).
  • Step 3: Click Confirm! Your computer will process everything instantly. If you uploaded a bunch of images, it will give you a neat little ZIP file containing all of them!

Are my files uploaded to any server? +

No. MediaWatermark Pro processes everything 100% locally in your browser. Your photos, videos, and PDFs never leave your device. We use client-side technologies like Canvas API, FFmpeg.wasm, and pdf-lib — no server uploads, ever.

What file formats are supported? +

Images: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, TIFF, SVG, HEIC
Videos: MP4, MOV, AVI, WebM, MKV
Documents: PDF
Export formats include JPG, PNG, WebP with adjustable quality settings.

What are the free plan limits? +

Free users get 20 exports per day (resets at midnight). Guest users (not signed in) get 3 exports per day. Upgrading to Pro ($9.99/mo or $7.49/mo yearly) gives you unlimited exports with no daily limits.

Is there a file size limit? +

Since processing happens locally on your device, file size limits depend on your browser's memory. Typically, images up to 50MB and videos up to 500MB work well. For very large files, we recommend using Chrome or Edge which have higher memory limits.

Can I cancel my Pro subscription? +

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Profile Panel in the editor. Click your avatar → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We also offer a 7-day refund policy — see our Refund Policy for details.

Which browsers are supported? +

MediaWatermark Pro works best on Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari (desktop). Mobile browsers are also supported with a responsive interface. For the best experience with video processing, we recommend a Chromium-based browser.
